I’ll put together a detailed proposal outlining what I can do for you and how long it will take, staying within any budgetary constraints.  I’ll be honest about my capacity to meet your needs within these constraints, letting you know up front if I have any concerns.  My proposal will include the total estimated cost of the project, which I guarantee I will not exceed while completing everything outlined in the proposal, so you can rest easy that I will not go over budget.

Once signed, I’ll get to work, partnering with you and anyone else at your organization involved in the process.  I’ll begin by continuing with requirements gathering, ensuring I’m considering all aspects.  I’ll then roll up my sleeves and get to work, building your new dashboard, process, or tool.  Finally, I’ll work with staff to test everything out, making sure it all works as planned and addressing any issues immediately.

I take pride in my work and want to make sure you are completely satisfied with the result before wrapping up the project, so I’ll remain available for questions or further assistance until we agree that the project has been successfully completed as outlined in the initial proposal.

I’ll further evaluate the work to be done on a regular basis, confirming my ability to accommodate the need within the budgetary constraints.  This may involve further discussions and shadowing whoever is currently completing the recurring task if possible.

I’ll confirm the recurring time commitment, drafting a contract that includes my recurring fee for the service, which I guarantee I will not exceed, so you can effectively budget for it.  If everything looks good to you, we’ll agree on the timing of recurring task completion, and I’ll get to work.
